The house has been very quiet today, except for my sobs. We lost Molly, our 18 yo Golden Retriever. She used to sit in my office at the fire dept. and keep me company. We are down to one dalmatian in the house now. Never had only one dog before. Need to start looking for her a playmate.

I am so, so sorry. Years ago I had two Irish Setters and a Beagle. I first lost my male setter, the son of the female. Then her and finally our Beagle. Three months later I got Haylee.
If you want another Dal I bet Tee can match you with the perfect one.

I'm so very sorry to hear of your loss. We lost our Leila several years ago, and I still miss her very much. At first I, too, did a lot of crying, but now I can think of her and remember all the good times with a smile and all the funny things she did with a laugh. My God's peace be with you and your family.

I am so sorry. We had a doxie that long, and my heart was broken when we lost her.
