This is my first post on the new board and you all might not remember me. My last post was on the old board last Dec. when my Spot turned 10. Unfortunately, today he left us. He ended up having a Degeneritive Spinal Desease that almost completely dibilitated him this last month. So this is my little tribute to him. Spot Dec. 1998 - July 27, 2009 The best spotted boy anyone could ask for. "In life I loved you dearly, In death I love you still. In my heart you hold a place that no one else can fill."

Hey Leighann,
I'm glad you came on the board to tell us about Spot. This is one place where everyone understands just what you're going through. I am so so sorry that your Spot is gone, and I know how desperately you are missing him. It isn't fair that we have to outlive them.
Please come back and post with us often. Tell us about Spot and all the things he did that made him such a special boy.
(((hugs)))
Julie

They leave such a large hole behind when they leave us. Godspeed, Spot.

Hi Leighann. I am so sorry you lost Spot, and at only 10 to what sounds like a horrible disease. Just like Julie said, come on here and tell us how you are, we all love our dogs so much and will always be happy to see you here - post us some more pics of his gorgeous face and tell us about the good times you guys had together. Hope the pain starts to ease off soon.

I am so sorry the hear about Spot. They do leave such an empty space in our lives when they leave. We are feeling it at our house, too.
